Your Energy account has now moved to Yü Energy
As your previous energy supplier has now ceased trading, Ofgem have appointed Yü Energy to take over your energy supply.
There’s no need to worry. Your supply will remain uninterrupted, so your business will operate as usual.
There’s no need to contact us at this stage.
We will keep you updated each step of the way. In the meantime, you can check regular updates on this blog, or check our FAQ page for further details.
In the meantime, here’s what you need to know:
- The team are working hard to make the transition of your energy supply as smooth as possible.
- We’ll be in contact with you in the next few days to confirm your account details.
- Please make a note of your current meter readings, we’ll be asking for these shortly.
22nd February
We are currently in the process of registering the supply of all Whoop Energy and Xcel Power customer accounts.
We will be in touch with our new customers in the next few days, and will sending out welcome packs shortly.
24th February
All customers have now been sent their welcome packs, with details of their account number and their initial rates.
1st March
For Whoop customers only-
We will be sending out an email to you this week. This will detail the next steps on how to provide us with your direct debit details for your account.
31st March
For our Whoop and Xcel customers- we are currently still working through completing customer credit balances.
Please note: These credit balances will be reflected in your 2nd bill.
18th May
Credit Balance Update
We have sent Whoop and Xcel customers communications providing details of credit balances (if any) and an update on the arrangement on your credit owed from your previous supplier (if any).
To put in a claim for the remainder of your credit balance, you will need to contact your respective administrator.
