New Connections Account Manager

Working Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday
Reports To: New Connections Manager

Due to forecasted growth we are currently looking to expand our New Connections Broker team. We have created an opportunity for a New Connections Broker Account Manager to join to our successful New Connections Team.

The position will involve:

  • Be the ‘go to person’ for New Connections quotes/queries
  • Consistency at hitting profit and margin targets through New Connections Broker sales.
  • Delivering excellent customer service through building strong relationships with Yu Energy Brokers, understanding their needs and working with them in order to achieve targets.
  • Taking both the Broker and customer (if needed) through the New Connections Process
  • Calling and recording feedback on all quotations.
  • Negotiating to get contracts signed and processed efficiently.
  • Working with Brokers to help reduce any outstanding debt
  • Providing accurate reports to both Brokers and the Head of Sales.

The person:

  • You will poses vast experience in the energy sector is essential
  • Experience in the New Connections sector is desirable but full training will be given.
  • You will be able to confidently explain the New Connections journey, our processes and SLA’s
  • You will be able to build effective inter-departmental working relationships.
  • You will be self-driven and results orientated.
  • Accurate and efficient at pricing.
  • You will be able to represent Yu Energy, with a strong telephone manner and rapport building skills.
  • You will have ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • You will poses high standards to accuracy and attention to detail.
