We are recruiting for a permanent Sales Auditor to work in our corporate Office based in Nottingham. This role will report to customer Support Team Leader.

Role: Be a key part of the business ensuring that the company’s sales and retention teams are operating in line with internal policies, processes and guidelines. A Sales Auditor will have an excellent standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Reviewing and auditing sales and retention activity from end to end whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • To be familiar with all aspects of the energy and water sales process and guidelines and able to audit against these
  • Identifying and reporting trends
  • Provide regular and accurate MI to the management team to support in improving sales compliance
  • Ensure that all work is managed and completed within agreed timescales.
  • Confidently able to communicate and deliver feedback both in writing and verbally
  • Proactively highlights any issues and proposes solutions

  • Experience within an energy sales or audit environment is preferred but not essential
