HOW TO PAY YOUR BUSINESS ENERGY OR WATER BILL

Payments are simple and paid monthly in arrears.

Direct Debit

Our customers generally pay by variable monthly Direct Debit. It’s a convenient and easy way to pay. Your Direct Debit will be paid one month in arrears and your bank statement will show as Yü Energy Retail Ltd. Yü Energy is the trading name of Yü Energy Retail Ltd.

Gas and Electricity customers will receive a monthly invoice.

Water customers will be invoiced quarterly and this invoice will reflect the payments that have already been made.

What we’ll charge you for

Gas and Electricity

You’ll pay a unit charge for each kWh of energy use, together with any other charges that apply to your supply (for example, a standing charge or a capacity charge). To find out more, view our guides in our Help and Support section:

Water

You’ll pay a unit charge for the amount of water you use together with a fixed standing charge. Pricing is based upon regional wholesale costs.

If you change your bank details, please let us know as soon as possible.

Having trouble paying?

If you have concerns regarding your ability to pay your bill you should talk to us as soon as possible.

There’s options available to support you as a business including payment plans, Smart Prepayment meters or if you’re on a deemed tariff maybe the option to reduce your costs by fixing your rates for a period of time.
